1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CricketLineAPI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

CricketLineAPI provides cricket data over HTTPS as JSON, including live scores, ball-by-ball commentary, scorecards, player statistics, rankings and fantasy-point breakdowns. Data is for information and development. CricketLineAPI is not a gaming platform.

3. API use

• Use the API only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
• Do not resell, redistribute or sublicense raw API data.
• Rate limits follow your plan. Calls over the limit return HTTP 429 and repeated abuse can suspend the key.
• Do not use the API to build real-money gambling or betting products.
• Keys are for your account. Do not publish them.

4. Accounts

Give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for the key and the account password. Email hello@cricketlineapi.com if you think someone else is using the account.

5. Data accuracy

We work to keep data accurate and current. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timing. CricketLineAPI is not liable for decisions you make from API data.

6. Intellectual property

The API infrastructure, documentation and platform code belong to CricketLineAPI. Cricket data is sourced from public feeds and official sources. You own the applications you build on the API.

7. Prohibited uses

• Real-money gambling, betting or wagering products
• Scraping or bulk download beyond your plan limits
• Reverse engineering the API infrastructure
• Any use that breaks applicable law
• Publishing API keys, including in a public repository

8. Termination

We can suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where we need to protect the service. You can cancel from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.

9. Refunds

A refund is available only in these cases:

• You were charged because of a billing error on our side.
• The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in your billing period.
• You ask within 7 days of your first payment and have made fewer than 1,000 API calls.

There is no partial refund for unused days. A downgrade starts at the next billing cycle. Accounts closed for breaking these Terms are not refunded. Email hello@cricketlineapi.com with your account email and payment reference. The full write-up is on the refund policy page.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Registered users are emailed about significant changes.
